Sales & Marketing manager plans and coordinates the activities of a sales & marketing team, controls product distribution, monitors budget achievement, trains and motivates personnel, and prepares forecasts.
Sales and Marketing manager may have to work in the evenings or on weekends, and may be required to travel for business and reports directly to the Vice President

| Key Areas of Responsibility |
|
- Set goals for market share and growth.
- Develop plans and implement appropriate strategies by selecting, segmenting and targeting markets, and promoting products and services to those markets.
- Develop plans for advertising, sales promotion, public relations, personal selling and sales management.
- Provide Health Care IT insight & Consultation to both prospects and customers.
- Create proposals and IT solution cost options for customers.
- Participate in product development, marketing and client education activities.
- Assist and motivate the Sales Executive/Co-ordinator with his/her primary function.

- Master degree or equivalent experience, particularly with sales and marketing and/or information technology, 5+ years of related experience, strong organizational, analytical, and service management skills necessary.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong interest and proven experiences in both sales and marketing management and information systems.
- The potential candidate will bring proven organizational, interpersonal, and line management skills to the position.
- The successful candidate must enjoy assessing information technology systems and aligning service strategies with the overall mission of an organization.
- The person must have a keen interest in health care information technology and ability to evaluate processes and implement improvements, and must be committed to developing and motivating team members.
- Proven ability to provide advice and counsel across complex health care organizations.
- Excellent communications skills, both oral & written.
- Experience in health care information technology consultation highly desired.
- Experience in Health Care industry and/or Microsoft products are advantages.

Development activities include analyzing requirements, design, coding and unit testing. The candidate is also responsible for coordinating and collaborating with members from quality assurance, project and product management. Reporting to Technical Manager |

- Graduate or post graduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or any related fields
- At least 2 years of experience working in software development
- Experienced in Client-Server Enterprise Application Development and Web Service
- Experienced of the C++ programming platforms ( J2SE or J2EE are beneficial)
- Experienced in database programming/administration such as SQL, MySQL or MS SQL Server
- Demonstrates ability to identify and solve problems quickly and effectively
- Dedicated team player with ability and willingness to learn new things
- Past experience in developing or implementing healthcare systems is an advantage

- Dedicated team player with ability and willingness to learn new things
- Past experience in developing or implementing healthcare systems is an advantage

Responsible for software development and system maintainance both Client-Server application and Web Application, work closely with system analyst and web developer. Reporting to technical manager. Further, as a Senior Developer, the successful candidate will be looked upon as a source of knowledge and expertise. Senoior Developer will be expected to take on responsibility quickly and will be expected to help develop junior team members. |

- Graduate or post graduate degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
- At least 4 years of experience working in software development or related fields (Master degree is equal 2 years of experience)
- Experienced in Client-Server Enterprise Application Develpment
- Experienced in Web-based Enterprise Application Development and Web Service
- Experienced of the following programming platforms : C++ ,J2SE or J2EE
- Experienced in database programming/administration such as SQL, MySQL, MS SQL Server or Oracle
- Demonstrates ability to identify and solve complex problems at component or feature level
- Dedicated team player with ability and wilingness to learn new things
- Past experience in developing or implementing healthcare systems is an advantage
